Staff was fantastic, prompt on appt time, excellent care by the vet as well as information and options given were extremely thorough! Never once did I feel pressured to go a certain route! I am so very pleased with my experience and will be taking my entire fur family there for care from now on!
Dr. Silvis and his staff are amazing. He takes his time and spending the entire appointment listening to your concerns and offering practical solutions that meet the level of care you decide upon. He doesn't push needless vaccines - he assesses your risk level and recommends a course of treatment for your pet. He explains what he's doing when he examines your pet, as well.
